This is all so cheesy.
First of all, modern proof sets are worthless. Zinc cents are worth even less.
The NGC label is corny.
I wouldn’t want one even if it was given to me for free.
Will or has PCGS yet announced yet if they will do any special labeling like NGC is. April 2nd is the cut off date for NGC on the first release label.
You can just send in the 2019 W Cent by Itself to NGC if that is all you want to grade. But if you send in the set you MUST grade them ALL.
I would like to only grade both Cents the W & S Mint only with PCGS. Any body know if PCGS will do anything with these other than a First Strike Label? Times a Ticking!
The 2019-W Proof cent is included with orders of the 2019 United States Mint Proof Set, which features Proof examples of the 10 coins produced this year for circulation: A cent, nickel, dime, five America the Beautiful quarters, a half dollar, and dollar, all with the “S” mint mark.
On the NGC web site. I just checked on our host web site does not look like there is any information as to any special submitions for these. Probably just First Strike label with the April 2nd deadline. I am going to open my box and take a few pictures and post them shortly this Saturday.
I will send just the Penny - W Mint Mark by its self and go for the Abraham Lincoln Label # 560 and be done with it.
A special NGC attribution and label are among the ways coin collectors can recognize this historic US Mint release. Special submission instructions must be followed. See the "Submission Instructions" section of this article.

Here is one of the certifications that come with the penny
What are these 3 pennies actually worth? I am having second thought about spending a C-note to have 2 pennies graded?
The next set will be much more expensive for 1 penny. Will it be worth it to buy one. The Mint is gambling it is. Very interesting marketing.
Just got mine yesterday. I feel dumb for asking this, but regarding that plastic wrapping that these coins come in - is it inert and safe to hold these in for a long time, or should I be putting these proofs into better holders? I'm not planning to submit these for grading.
As a side note, I also feel dumb in that I assumed that this proof set would also contain the new American Innovation dollars. Nope.

I do not know what the Mint cent plastic bags are made of.
Are preserving the coin or the bag?
Put the coin in mylar/inert flips. Or your album or however you are collecting cents.
Keep the plastic bag, too. Who knows...
If you have more than one cent, then keep one in the plastic bag.
Okay looks like the big boys are starting their Pre-sales @ 199.00. So that mean's they are at least worth $120.00 I guess. I still have not decided if I am going to send mine in. $65.00 for the 69's. Notice there are NO PCGS holders all NGC

Nice display @Twobitcollector. Were there any specs listed for the 2019 W cent?

Thanks @WALLE but it does not list the 2019 W cent. That list is for the coins in the lenses (2019 S).

Thanks @WALLE. There ends my internal debate about cutting one of the cents in half. Yes, I know, I could just weight it, but, that’s not fun.
