I always thought that waffled coins were rejects that the mint cancelled and they never left the mint except to be melted down to be processed into new strips/blanks. How do collectors get them?
Thank you all for the warm welcome, this coin was found in a roll of quarters I got from my bank last month for the Laundry matt lol, I would have never found it if my wash machine didn't crap out on me. Oh well! all in all, the washer is now fixed and I got a neat souvenir for the hassle, "thanks Bank of America" lol
