I have never encountered one.... I am sure error collectors seek them out. Are these found in bulk bags?? Or just smuggled out of the mint? Cheers, RickO

I have had a couple and looked to find anything wrong with them (pre-waffle) and couldn't. I now consider them post-mint damage and suspect a machine shop could make a tool for me so I could make my own...

I heard sold in bulk as scrap metal
