1969-S Lincoln cent- strange looking date

The 1/6/9 looks strange ,looking for opinions ,I'm not making any assumptions ,I always kept this coin it just stands out a little to me a little is all& thanks for any help....

    It’s post mint damage, which is nothing unusual. The surfaces of the coin are marked by many small marks.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals.
