Guess we may call you also 'two bit half dimeman' with this post.

Nice pickups. I like the Washington.

It is not that life is short, but that you are dead for so very long.

That is funny! I was trying to figure out how to gently tell poor Dimeman that neither of those were dimes... :#

I never noticed before that the Washington eagle is carrying a bundle of arrows. I always thought it was perched on a log. :o

    Nice coins!

Love both those. Love capped bust dimes and half dimes. Well basically love all the capped bust coinage but those two are underrated imo

Wow Dimeman moved up to coins that do not require magnification to enjoy. There's still hope for ASE's ;)

Two nice coins. And between the two of them they make three dimes so you came out ahead. Or something.

The 1837 halfdime is what choice XF is supposed to look like.

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron."

    Dwight D. Eisenhower
Speech in Washington, 16 Apr. 1953, in Public Papers of Presidents 1953 (1960) p. 182

Nice. Imagine if all of your half dimes could look like that one!

DM, I totally love the 37 hd, has the look I crave, and in 45 to boot, the classic grade.
