Saddle Ridge Hoard GTG Thread/Giveaway

@Paradisefound posted a thread about one of the Saddle Ridge Hoard $20s yesterday, and it's inspired me to make an SRH-themed GTG thread - I'm posting 10 coins from the hoard. The first person to correctly grade the entire group will get an 1889-S $20 from the Saddle Ridge Hoard in AU58 at my personal expense... edited to add - I'll run the contest through 5:00 PST on December 26th.

Too much work
Really! for a chance to earn a saddle ridge 20! I would do it but @Regulated stated it's already been won in Paridisefound's thread.

It wasn't won by anyone - I'll post here if anyone guesses correctly.

Wow, I never heard of an offer like this one. What's to keep a sharp analyst just matching the images with the PCGS coin facts images? Or has the grade of some of these changed?
Dang! I'm too tired now and watching a good movie...commercial time on TV now! ...I'll attack it in the morning if it's still a go!
Pretty cool that you dipped all those in boiling water to get the dirt off, and they turned out so nice!
Not every coin is listed on CoinFacts now, as some were cracked over the last few years. Also, comparing 10 coins to 400 or so pictures would be torture.

Edit: If I win please donate to @Paradisefound so she doesn't triple pay for the one in her thread. Peace from the sleazy gold weasel.
The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.

Agreed it wouldn't be easy; but since most of the work I'm doing these days isn't very lucrative, spending a number of hours to make a lot more than the price of gold looks pretty inviting, But competing with a lot more savvy collectors and dealers, this won't be easy.
I've never owned anything close so I have zero experience with these but.............I can grade them as Morgans for funzies.
Ship it............

Always buying nice toned coins! Searching for a low grade 1873 Arrows DDO Dime and 1842-O Small Date Quarter.
I'm not very versed in grading these, but it's a great contest!! Thanks!!
Edited to add: Reflecting back, I think I may have been too harsh on a lot of these. I don't really love gold, unless it's Pioneers or Regulated, but you know this... This is a great contest, during a great time of year. Thank you for allowing all of us to participate David. Merry (early) Christmas to you.

I found three of them on Coinfacts even with my tiny computer; that's easy money.
When you try to factor in plus grades you can drive yourself crazy and it makes it all the more challenging but here are my opinions:

@Regulated thanks so much for running this amazing contest...extremely generous of you...congrats to the winner...I can't wait to buy one of these coins one day!!!
It was solved by Spacehayduke, congratulations. Since the images were stripped of their PCGS numerical links, I would think that there should be an image matching program that would cause the grades to pop up with links to the PCGS true views. The first one was tough as were several others with dark areas that were hard to judge.
Thanks, for the generous offer and chance @Regulated !

Yes, solved with science rather than skill.
I thought those dark areas may have been rub on number one, also.

Crazy how conservatively these were graded.
It couldn't have been solved with skill, to be honest.

I'm surprised it was won so fast. I haven't even looked to grade. I figured it was an impossible feat given some have been upgraded or at least cracked out for a try from my understanding! @regulated
Some were, although the tags must not have been returned. Such is life!

Congratulations you LUCKY you! Enjoy this very special historic coin
To bad people have to cheat. Someone as awesome and generous as the person who did this has to take into consideration dishonesty. Maybe next time take pictures of 10 random coins then send them in for grading so people can’t cheat. Hell I’d even help out on grading costs. Just my 2 cents. My hats off to you for doing something kind and fun for others. Happy Holidays everyone

I never stood a chance. By the time I had read the posts it was too late. A very good contest stretching grading skills. Clever problem solving isn't actual cheating. It's analyzing the problem, checking tools you know for suitability, using the correct tool......solved!
Congratulation! Thank your parents for your organized analytical brain.
Well said Mr. Begood
cool contest … does winner get #1 ?
Lol that went fast. You probably should of thrown a couple in there not from the hoard to make it tougher. The plus grades are why this would be about impossible without looking up.
Beautiful coins!
I won? Pure luck, I figure I could get 80% but would miss a couple. Wow..........
Best, SH
Thanks for giving us the chance to try out our skills, but this on only proves I don't know how to grade gold. I was over on every one of them I think. Congrats to the winner!
Drats, this is the first I have seen of this contest and it's already over. Congrats to the winner and thank you Regulated for the generosity.
Sorry I missed this one... I really like gold coins and would have worked hard on the grades...Oh well Onward and upward.... cannot miss what I did not have... Cheers, RickO
When I was in school we were asked to translate Caesar from the Latin. Some of my classmates did their homework using translations. They received the recognition and reward for the completed assignments. Who can tell if they learned anything?
