Nope, I'd pay to just see commercials, football-free, though.

Its 2018 and anyone still paying for any PPV sporting event needs to go ask their kids to show him how to use the internet. One HDMI cord later its on your 60" tv for free.

There's a price that might work but it is not $200.

99 cents on iTunes might work, though..

Honestly yea I’d pay if it was the only way to watch it.

No. There have been some one-sided Super Bowl games that weren't worth a plug nickel. Unless you were rooting for the team on top, they are a huge bore.

You would be watching Kardashian reruns though if the SB went PPV.

A decade ago I would have. Have half a dozen friends drop by. They can bring the food and beer and the host covers the $200. I'd bump it to $250 if there was no halftime show. ;)

Haven't watched the whole game in 5 or 6 years now and will be online looking at coins for the next game.

I would definitely WOULD NOT, just like I would not pay for the World Series even if my Red Sox were playing. When I see a player turn down a $300 million offer to play for the Nets I will not contribute.

It's been rumored for many years that the NFL may do this.

But I would be shocked if it ever happened. As stupid as the NFL is these days regarding certain matters, I doubt very much if they would ever want to interfere and change the public viewing of the greatest annual entertainment spectacle in American sports.

I would pay $200 to watch Ohio State score 62 on Michigan

IT CAN'T BE A TRUE PLAYOFF UNLESS THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONS ARE INCLUDED

Contradicting myself I did say I would pay to see the Super Bowl, but what you posted is the exact reason I refuse to go to games and pay for watching games or special channels to see any game. I prodtitute Pro sports for my own enjoyment ie Fantasy Sports, relaxing ect and won’t pay anything to fund these stupid salaries and poor work ethic by these guys. But the Super Bowl has always been a good party that I always enjoy so for that I wouldn’t mind spending the money

Pretty soon the only TV programs that are free will be howdy doodie reruns which was the first tv program I watched back in 1948 as we had the only tv in the neighborhood at that time.

Interesting, never heard of it before.

But then again, i just upgraded my old black & white TV to a used color TV using tubes that I bought off Craigs List.
When i turn it on, there's some sort of smoke coming out the back, but other than that it's okay.

Impossible to have a commerical free super bowl. Therefore...you would have to endure long periods of nothing while the commercials ran.
On the question...not a dime from me.

@galaxy27 hell I wouldn't pay $10 for cable with all of the best channels included. I'd bring my laptop to whose ever house we'd all be getting together at to watch the SB and set that game up for free. Then all those $10s from everyone would go towards the booze/food bill. ;)
We could get Steve & Dime hammered then have them arm wrestle each other with the loser getting the Cowboys or Eagles logo shaved into their head....or we could wait till one passes out then do it anyways >:)
