    Black Friday Bullion!

1950-vintage Duchin Creations sterling silver candelabra.
Mid-century modern design looks great with formal or casual table settings.
Flexible design allows you to unscrew the main body of 3 candles so that you can make a single candle holder.
This pieces is weighted--meaning it is a solid sterling silver skin over a plaster form to allow for a more durable piece. It is my understanding that the silver amounts to between 2.5 troy ounces and 3 troy ounces. It's approximately 8" tall and about 12" across and weighs nearly 20 troy ounces (again, that's not all silver). Overall pretty nice condition, maybe AU58 to MS62 ish grade. No major scratches or dings.

This is an impressive piece to look at, and a nice gift for her for Christmas. Will ship immediately for delivery within a few days.

Asking just $45 plus $5 shipping. Yep. That's just about melt value.

I have to disagree, I just stripped two of those down recently and the silver on one amounted to just over an ounce on each one. The silver is paper thin, at least on the two I did was. I was shocked how little the silver amounted to.

The general rule of thumb for weighted sterling is about 10%. Duchin was a higher-end company, and this piece is just under 20 ounces. So I feel comfortable with a 2+ ounce weight.
Regardless, a new candelabra of this quality would run hundreds of dollars, if not a thousand or more.
Of course, you're welcome to buy the piece and destroy it. No returns ;)
