A shout-out for Northeast Numismatics

Recently I offered some coins for sale to NEN. Chris was very quick in replying and the transaction was completed quickly and professionally with a check in my hand in about a week. Great people to work with.

They are fair in their offers and close to what Heritage offers on coins they can use.

I "discovered" them about a year and a half ago. They are fantastic in so many ways. Great people.

While we are giving love to the big dealers who helped us with our collections, let's give some acknowledgment to the little guys too.

While digging deep through Google, last weekend I came across a coin that I needed for one of my sets. As I'm sure you've all have done before, I was emailing and calling the dealer repeatedly to secure the coin (I wasn't trying to be a nudge, I just didn't want to loose it).
The dealer was driving home from a show, but he called me back as soon as he got my message, and worked with me for over a hour to find exactly what I wanted. Called me back twice more to get specifics and to help him find it in his inventory. On a holiday weekend.

This guy went way above and beyond normal customer service to accommodate me. For a $10 coin.

If you ever have the opportunity to use the services of Green Valley Coins out of Wake Forest NC, I suggest you do.
    Thanks Jeff.

Bought a BU Peace Dollar from them many years ago. Before the TPGs. Still a favorite coin.

It was a long time ago, and I remember paying a premium price, but I was very happy with my purchase from Northeast Numismatics.

I have got a couple very nice coins from them recently. I paid premiums for a premium coins, which is expected. They had fast shipping and Iove the coins. They have a great selection that's frequently added to. A+ in my book.

NEN often gets positive praise here on the forum. That is one of the great benefits here. Also good to hear about small dealers... When buying coins, all the positive history of other members helps to build confidence in transactions. Cheers, RickO

When I lived in New England, I had a wonderful business relationship with NEN. I still buy a coin from them now and then. NEN is a top notch dealer.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
