The reverse of the $20 is EF, but the lack of hair detail on the obverse pulls it down to VF.
The $10 is an EF.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. The $10 looks xf. The obverse of the $20 looks more high VF, rev.. looks xf.

I have found the 1867-s among the most ugly of $20 Libs., I'm not sure why but every one I have seen lacks eye appeal.
1867-S $20: EF-45+
1914-S $10: AU-50

I like both of them and would grade the $20 @ 35/40 and the $10 @ 50/53
