completed my silver flowing hair type set 1795

I have always wanted a 1795 dollar, just never found one I liked enough. Then Coinlieutenant from the boards contacted me. If John says a coin is nice, it usually is a great piece. This one did not disappoint. My pictures do not do it justice, holder needs some work, but there is not a distracting mark on the coin and the color and luster is amazing. All the marks visible are shadows from the holder. The other coins in the group do not live up in looks, but the 95 half has some great history being a one time part of the commodore Perry collection.

Beautiful coins. At first look both the dime and half look like they might upgrade. Congratulations on a great set. Is the half dime in pcgs green holder also?
Thanks for sharing.

Love the them! Congrats!
the half dime is in a green holder, I feel both the half dime and half would upgrade to F.
Nice set. Congrats.

+1...….couldn't have said it better.
Wow, sweet, congratulations !!!
Your coin is in the CRO hall of fame
... and it belongs there. Great pickup!
Spectacular dollar! I'm a big fan of 1795 coins, and can only hope I'll be able to upgrade to something as nice as yours someday.
Wow, what a great coin for the grade I really like it
If that dollar was any other die variety, it would grade as a strong AU. The reverse is at least an AU-50 in my eyes, but the overly high relief of the obverse makes it wear prematurely.
18th century US coins are so cool!
Looks great - I like that grade for early dollars
WOWZERS. Great set.
Congratulations - what great coins!
I knew it would happen.
Love the set!

Flowing hair anything is cool. These are fantastic.
Very nice dollar and group of coins. So nice to see collectors still interested in coins minted 223 years ago, even while others are in a frenzy for the thousands of big palladium dimes minted last month.
