The last time CLCT was over $17 was February 9, 2018. CLCT price as of 9/5/18 - $14.70
The last time silver was over $17 was June 11, 2018. Silver price as of 9/5/18 - $14.20

    I do not possess either foresight or a crystal ball (well, actually I have a crystal ball, but it never tells me anything)...However, my intuition says that the stock price will likely hit $17 before silver does. That being said, longer term, silver will go much higher. Cheers, RickO
