Thanks for another memorable posting. Not sure if it were those specific trucks, but definitely ones similar, that I saw on a visit to the Barrick Gold Mine in Nevada.
(It was amazing to learn how many truckloads of dirt had to be mined to create the gold bars that were then transported by armored cars to Salt Lake City. Also interesting to learn that a convoy of armored cars would be used with only one of them carrying the gold. I guess thieves could just look at the lowered suspension to figure out which one to target though.)
