Recalling it was exactly one year ago this week that the first U.S. Evacuation flight from Wuhan China touched down on U.S. soil as captured in this screen shot.
And then in the ensuing weeks the world followed the saga of the quarantined passengers on the Diamond Princess moored in Yokohama's Tokyo Bay. Pictured my photos taken on and of the ship positioned there some months prior.
I've been agonizing about getting a watch lately. I don't usually wear one, but my motivation for getting one is to glance at my phone less during the day. In searching nothing seemed right, and my selections limited due to my skinnier wrists. What's with all these freakishly large watches these days?
Anyway, in frustration in the search I just went with Casio. Behold! The legendary F91w! Rugged. Compact. It has an alarm.
And, for when I'm feeling a little more dressy, an A158w. Elegant. Refined. 7 year battery life.
$30 in total. And yes, I am looking at my phone less.

As a five or six year old boy I was fascinated how these two could make changes happen by wiggling their nose or blinking their eyes. I loved watching their shows.

The water feature for which my town-Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio-is named. It's been underwater since 1912 when the Ohio Edison dam was built but it will be revealed again when the dam comes down in a couple of years. Notice the attire worn by the people pictured.

That is such a great photo. Reminds me a lot of one of the waterfalls in upstate New York's Letchworth State Park. Photo included in link.

When this moth flew into my house this summer I thought it was the same as the OP. Similar colors but a whole different kind of moth.
This beautiful Luna moth actually cooperated and sat still to let me take pictures, probably sleeping. You should see them fly!
One more cool bug with metallic colors. It was almost 2" long. Hoping no one tells me that this is an invasive species that will eat all our trees.
