Missing being able to visit my little brother in Japan...
How many workers can you count in this tree?!
They were pruning a row of dozens of trees in Roppongi and finished in a couple hours!
Japan...Gets stuff done.
Cool. Didn't know there was a webcam there. Have been in one of those two buildings and walked the Navy Pier with its recognizable Ferris wheel. Always a reminder of its importance in World War II as a training location where my own father was trained before shipping out of the country.
And. here is how the Navy Pier looked in the day as preserved on a then contemporary matchbox from my dad's collection:

Don't normally see over 100 wild turkeys at once!
You are right, the typical 'flock' here in New England is not that large
Flocks may be made up primarily of hens and chicks with a few male turkeys and one dominant male turkey. A hen is female turkey, and a chick is a baby turkey. A male turkey is known as a tom or a jake. Sometimes a flock may be composed of unpaired male turkeys. Turkeys use flocks to better detect the presence of predators. During breeding season, some hens leave the flock to raise their families.
I have noticed though @usmarine6, here in Massachusetts,
over the last 15 - 20 years, the Turkeys have become more smart/careful when crossing the street.
They almost "look both ways" before crossing

Chicago
BY CARL SANDBURG
Hog Butcher for the World,
Tool Maker, Stacker of Wheat,
Player with Railroads and the Nation's Freight Handler;
Stormy, husky, brawling,
City of the Big Shoulders:
They tell me you are wicked and I believe them, for I have seen your painted women under the gas lamps luring the farm boys.
And they tell me you are crooked and I answer: Yes, it is true I have seen the gunman kill and go free to kill again.
And they tell me you are brutal and my reply is: On the faces of women and children I have seen the marks of wanton hunger.
And having answered so I turn once more to those who sneer at this my city, and I give them back the sneer and say to them:
Come and show me another city with lifted head singing so proud to be alive and coarse and strong and cunning.
Flinging magnetic curses amid the toil of piling job on job, here is a tall bold slugger set vivid against the little soft cities;
Fierce as a dog with tongue lapping for action, cunning as a savage pitted against the wilderness,
Bareheaded,
Shoveling,
Wrecking,
Planning,
Building, breaking, rebuilding,
Under the smoke, dust all over his mouth, laughing with white teeth,
Under the terrible burden of destiny laughing as a young man laughs,
Laughing even as an ignorant fighter laughs who has never lost a battle,
Bragging and laughing that under his wrist is the pulse, and under his ribs the heart of the people,
Laughing!
Laughing the stormy, husky, brawling laughter of Youth, half-naked, sweating, proud to be Hog Butcher, Tool Maker, Stacker of Wheat, Player with Railroads and Freight Handler to the Nation.
Thanks for sharing that gem. Have to add a future visit to the Technik Museum Speyer which I just learned is located within an hour of Frankfurt.
"Technik Museum Speyer:
Welcome to the Technik Museum Speyer – where one sensation follows close on the next! Just an hour south of Frankfurt, discover technology from the underwater world to space: what does the inside of a submarine look like? What does a sea cruiser need on board? How huge is the Jumbo Jet? What does the world's largest organ sound like? How did a Chinese steam locomotive end up in Speyer, and was the Space Shuttle Buran in space? Alongside Europe's largest aerospace and amazing naval exhibition, discover a variety of aircraft, classic vintage cars, racing- and classic motorcycles, historic fire engines, massive steam locomotives, mechanical instruments, rarities and fashions. Every year in May, the museum comes to life: At the BRAZZELTAG®, you can see vehicles with tremendous cylinder capacity, horsepower giants and curiosities that can be experienced live – for fans, by fans.
Due to official orders, the Technik Museum Speyer is currently closed. We are very much looking forward to the reopening and can assure you that our extensive corona protective measures guarantee a safe visit to the museum!"
This is a building on the Northside of Chicago, it is hemmed in by Two modern structures. I stayed in TT overlooking the Riverwalk and Lake Michigan, I love that city!
The only thing on my bucket list is...the Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) race, to see it, not be in it lol.
These are the last true gladiators (in sport) on Planet Earth as far as I'm concerned.
I've been on sport bikes since my teen years all the way through adulthood, even now.
My current ride...We call it a "gentleman's sport bike" lol! I've always owned a car, but ride whenever I can!
I am definitely an expert rider, but there is just no comparison here...enjoy!!!
My current ride... The classic Katana, also known as "the can o' tuna" in the sport bike world. Technically a sport touring bike.
BRACE YOURSELF!!! ...The Isle of Man TT race. 200mph+ in rain! 180mph turns...faster than F1 cars on the straights. Yes, it's a race around an entire island! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQFt-uPGHWc
