On July 28th the DVD for the Tenth, and Final Season, of Hawaii Five-0 will be coming out. In homage to the current version of the show's departure posted for this Friday are some selected parting personal memories.
Pictured at the annual Sunset on the Beach Premiere Event, my daughter-in-law interviews the leading actor Alex O'Laughlin who played the role of Hawaii Task Force head Steve McGarrett, as the final season began.
And here she is pictured in her own role as an actor on the show in Season Seven.
And below are several of the photos I took of the show as it was being filmed in downtown Honolulu.
Following which are photos preserving the memory of my own role in Season Four playing the part of "Costumed Party Guest with Upscale Car" which included my pirate hat wearing character exiting the Party Bus and being background at the Halloween Party subject of that season's Halloween themed episode.

Thanks. Just came across this video clip that starts off with my Mercedes "upscale car" seen in the parking lot scene next to the victim's BMW as Danny and Steve pull up and watch my character exit the Party Bus.
I can add as a point of trivia interest that the scene was being filmed at something like 3 AM in the morning with rain coming down. Those of us on the party bus had done a number of takes circling around and exiting it when the director let us leave the bus. At that point Danny and Steve climbed aboard to get out of the rain. Then the director changed his mind and decided we needed one more take so we all climbed back on the partly bus and Steve was sitting in my seat. As he and Danny got up to leave I told them they were both welcome to stay and then I added, "It is nice getting to meet you." Steve (Alex O'Laughlin) graciously responded, "It's nice meeting you too."
