They still have few MS70 left at Apmex for @ 45.00$. Those things are selling like crazy

Nope. 2017 was the "special" issue still selling for ~$50.00+. 2018 bullion issue now out. Selling in typical spot + $2-4 range. Makes the 2017 issue look like even more of a gimmick.
The pardon is for tyrants. They like to declare pardons on holidays, such as the birthday of the dictator, or Christ, or the Revolution. Dictators should be encouraged to keep it up.
