My coin dealer sold me a car!

Picked up at one of my favorite local dealers yesterday. I have bought a lot of really neat/interesting items that were not what I was expecting to buy when I came in. For a .999 round this is the most I have ever paid :o

Not really mine either it he offered it to me at about 60-70% of the lowest EBay auction.

I actually like it. When I saw what people were asking for it I got sticker shock.

I like it, but not well enough to buy one. I already did buy one of the Canadian 1 oz. silver Superman hologram coins, and that's quite enough. :)

Any idea on the initial issue price?

If I were into model cars and collectibles, I would probably like it, as a fan of Back To the Future movies. As me, as I am, though, I would have passed unless I saw a quick, and profitable, flip for it.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

It is dated 2015 from the Perth Mint, it still shows up on their site as sold out and the issue price was $135. They sell for $140-160 on Ebay pretty regularly. I think I will probably hold onto it for awhile but I paid about 70% of those Ebay prices.
