That is a cool one! Love that coca cola
Those are obverse and reverse shots of the same coin.
Doggedly collecting coins of the Central American Republic.

That what the label on the slab indicated
Are they functional? Can they seal a bottle?
That's pretty neat!
HAPPY COLLECTING
I have a couple raw ones. The certified are too much for what you are getting (at least the ones I have seen for sale.
Did you get a real "Coke" with the phony cap?
That's a new one me. Nice find.
That is neat pickup. And these are pretty cool. I need to buy one raw, or wait for awhile and buy it graded.
One thing I do not understand that PCGS will grade these but not Daniel Carr’s stuff or other various tokens

That is nice!!
At least it's a coin. One second-tier TPGS got blasted for slabbing cardboard milk bottle caps!
Had to get one. The Coke-red slab in gnarly!

The bottle cap is an official coin created by a government with monetary value. It is not a "fantasy" piece.
Not for me.
A bit weird, but kinda cool at the same time. I get the feeling other mints outside the US are trying harder to be creative.
LIBERTY SEATED DIMES WITH MAJOR VARIETIES CIRCULATION STRIKES (1837-1891) digital album

I saw this one either here or another forum before when they first came out... Not something I would buy, but certainly unique.....Cheers, RickO

1) PCGS does not, to my knowledge, grade significantly altered/deformed coins.
2) This appears to be a genuine coin as struck by a government mint and not a private emulation.
Very cool!
This piece is struck by the FIJI Mint and is a legal tender coin but I doubt any circulate at the seling price.
FIJI strikes all kind of weird items. Didn't they strike the guitar coins a few years back?
I might have “popped” for that too
@Thunderproof and @cameonut2011. I made the statement as a desire as I do know that this was minted by a private company( I forget who) for Fiji. Just like some people do not consider the ASE's a coin, rather they feel it is "bullion"
Also, I din't mean specifically this coin either rather several other tokens that are true tokens that NGC recognizes but Pcgs does not. Lastly, I have seen trade dollars that have been obliterated from chop marks make it into slabs, some however genuine but non the less slabbed.

The word "genuine" does not belong on a holder with one of his pieces. Can you imagine the potential confusion of having his stuff in a "genuine" holder? I think PCGS would start encapsulating his stuff if they started slabbing added mint mark 1916-d dimes, 1909-s vdb/1914-d cents, electrotypes, Omega gold, Henning nickels, etc.
@cameonut2011 I do not want to hi jack the op thread so let’s no debate what I say. I was not referring to the coke coin I was referring to chopped trade dollars.
