If you could somehow separate the pieces in Fred's coin (not that I would ever suggest it or want to), it would look a lot like the coin in that link.

The 1967 Cent I have with the Screw struck onto it
was minted in San Francisco.
The '82 piece was made in Phily..... so I'm not sure
they would match, 15 years apart, and two diff. Mints.
I don't know who has the 1982 Piece, but my 1967
will be at the ANA in Phily.....

Fred, pardon my manners but how does a '67 Lincoln come to be minted in Frisco????
Not to speak for Fred, but I assume it was part of the large group of errors (including proof and SMS coins) which are known to have originated from there in the late 1960s.
