Nice cent but the spot is a killer need a better pic but will go with MS65 hard to tell.
Hoard the keys.
I like it. The spot is a little distracting but wouldn't be a deal breaker at the right price

color looks off
Color may be fine. I've had original rolls of vintage Lincolns with very light gold coloration. See some VDB's today.
Looks like a sun spot on the reverse. Once I was riding home from work and the sun was setting through forest fire smoke and with my shades and visor I could see sun spots, they looked like that. Neat, but not on a coin.
The toning could be legit but looks funky.
I think it's been messed with, but if you believe in the tooth fairy, and think you get a gem from a pig in a poke, go for it. Usualy when you have a little itty bitty coin image in a big photo, something is afoot.
I’ve had this coin in a 2x2 paper holder & stored in a 2x2 row box for close to 10 years. I wouldn’t know what to do if you gave me a chemistry set or put an &RickO’s gun to my head.

Why don't you take a normal photo of this coin if you are trying to make a point? You lead us to think that this is an offering from a third party vender. Instead it appears that you are trying to take shots against those who don't care for the coin or the presentation of the piece.
As for "10 years," you can put a cleaned coin in an envelope for 20 years, and it's still cleaned. The color of this piece is odd.

As for originality, its hard to tell from the photos. The black spots are not good for the appeal.

So perhaps the coin was a cleaned example to start with, and placed in a paper 2x2 to attempt a chance of retoning? If so, looks like some patches of colorful toning resulted, but appears uneven given the photos. Have to agree with other comments that color looks off; perhaps a better closeup can allow a better evaluation.
Is there a reason the picture of the coin is taken at an angle? To show reflective surfaces? It 'appears' to have a strange color, that, combined with the spot, is what makes people comment negatively. Perhaps a straight shot, good quality picture, would result in different evaluations.
