Impossible to say without knowing the TPG grade... After giving an honest opinion, I did look up the actual grade, and I would say no CAC unless the True View is misrepresenting the amount of luster. The luster was a major factor in my guess/opinion. If the luster is stronger in hand, I might think differently.

the luster is fantastic .
If the luster is there, then it has a shot as is for a sticker and a gem grade isn't unreasonable. The surfaces are obviously very clean, but the True View made it look muted which is why you received many of the grading opinions that you did.
I think it's a 65 and no CAC. There is some green residue on the reverse which I can't tell if it's PVC or not. It's above the T in UNITED and in the denticles. If it's not PVC then I think it did CAC.
Hmmmm. Must have decided the cheek gouge is a planchet flaw rather than hit. Hard to ascertain that off an image but I don’t see any raised edges on it so could be true

I thought it could be a weird artifact from the toning. The only noticeable hit I saw was on the lower jaw.

Indeed, and this is what transpired here with this one - exactly what you wrote.
Well, I would have missed this one by three grades... thought it was a 63 with a shot at 4 if there was luster not showing in the TV..... Sooprize, sooprize, sooprize Sargent...Cheers, RickO

62 at best, but I don't like tones so that may bias my grade.

I am in the 64 CAC crowd. Seems like some chatter on the cheek keeps it from a 65, but the fields look pretty mark free which puts it above 63.
Best, SH

I've already seen the grade.
Prior to the grade reveal, I would have posted 'a technical 64, but because of the nice toning, a 65 for sure.'
