1882 Indian Head

Came across this coin. I am unable to find a Coneca Listing. The 1 in the date and the D in united look interesting to me. what do you all think?

I see what appears to be md in the 1 and in UNITED. What does the reverse look like? Peace Roy

thanks @Namvet69 for weighing in. I guessed so much given no results for such a variety

TD and S too. Pretty clean for an 82. Wait for the experts on ihc's.
The "1" is double punched (cannot tell about the 8's). The doubling on the legend of these coins is common, and there is some debris in the top of the "2."
Edit: the doubling on the "United" may not be the common "Longacre type" after all. but probably is.
I checked my Snow reference guide and would say you have a S-3 18/18 (n) repaired 2. His notes claim it is moderatley scarce.
It might be a moderately scarce variety, but it's been improperly cleaned.
I thought it looked too clean. Thanks for confirming
Man, I am unable to yell about the cleaning... this coin is an Ebay listed item. I was trolling for varieties and today was the IHCs I spent time on

It is all about the color.
I thought the color was due more to lighting/photography.... Thanks for the clarification. Always tricky when evaluating a coin from a picture. Cheers, RickO
I thought the OP was asking about the variety not if it was cleaned.
