The NFL protects their brand - would you expect anything less?
Protection is one thing. Tainting a game is completely different. When the announcers both call BS on both PF’s you know it’s bad, really bad. And the flop by Mahomes was a bad look. I called it early in the week this is what we’d see.

Yikes.......that's the ballgame folks! Never would have imagined that the Lions would lose today - Oh well!

I zeroed in on the pock mark to the left of the date.

I think if the pit is deep enough, that might account for the "damage".

The bad calls never seem to go against Kansas City.

Maybe this is a bit of archaic thinking, but win or lose I just like to see a clean game officiating wise. I know it's impossible, but with technology being what it is there really is no excuse. Getting it right is paramount, especially in playoff type games. Get it right, what's a few extra minutes considering what is at stake. It's a long season and the players work hard and deserve it. As do the fans.
And I do not speak not only from a betting standpoint, but for the integrity of the game as well. Remember a blown call that favors your team this week, can turn around next week and work against your team.

BTW- the closing line was Houston +9.5With that safety, there may be a lot of broken bathroom mirrors in casinos that handle sports betting.
That's why I have never watched or will watch a game at a sports book. Prefer safety of my living room. Only concern there is if I criticize the wife's game time cooking.
Also might be a good idea to have sports books only on the first floor. Not too high of a fall if one decides to take a leap after a big bet beat.😀
Re: Biggest Regrets
My biggest bonehead mistakes were either passing or just being the runner up on certain coins at auction.

I would have graded it VF-30.I guess the "damage on the obverse" must be the patch of lines going in the same direction in the right field. There may have been a spot there that someone didn't like.
That could be it. Possibly an old bit of repair?
