Silver Eagles, Maple Leafs, Pandas, Kookaburas, Britannias all spot - Poll inside

and are .999 fine. I have seen and handled 100's of Modern Silver Commemoratives that are 90% Silver and never seen a single one of them spot in the way the above mentioned do (White Milk Spots) So do you think that .999 vs 90% has anything to do with the spotting problem? Still waiting on PR68 and PR69 "didn't catch a 70" key date proof eagles to go up. Thought I was safe with keys but they've more or less been the same price since March 2020. Whether spot is 22 or 41 they cost the same. Key date commems and modern bullion have outperformed them by a mile. I tend to find more of those under… -
