Holdback of funds until proof of delivery is SOP for all sellers with less than 100 feedback as a seller. This means paypal won't loose taking chances with new sellers. Buyers from such sellers should feel safe buying from these sellers. Face it, when paypal gets taken to the cleaners by a scammer, they just pass the loss… -

It has all the standard Red Flags of scammers: 1. 1879 Feedback with 87.5% Positives, Only 16 total Feedbacks in 12 months 2. Bad Grammar (yes, that does matter) 3. All my churchmans, Hignetts etc etc etc are white too. If they are company reprints who cares. I doubt very much that some scammer reprinted them. Many of these sets never saw the back of a cigarette pack, many were back doored or cut up later from sheets. Nice cards, I bet the seller claimed they were very good. lol Steve -

I still say that it is now easier for scammers thanks to ebay's new policy. Just have a friend bid someone up is what you need to watch out for. Check past sells and see if the names add up to someone near their location. The new id's are the first and the last letters in the names so just check a sellers history before… -
