Milk Spot city on some of them! Fortunately, PCGS can save the proofs (actually hopefully) but the BS coins usually end up with a downgrade. -

Are they graded? Are they milk spotted? Are they with mint packaging and COA's? All those questions and maybe a few others might affect what one should be paying for them. -

No matter what the cause or the effect to the hobby it's playing russion roulette with good money until somebody can solve the milk spotting problem on slabbed SAE's. -
