I agree this rule sucks! When I needed extra cash, I too started selling again after a long break. Waiting for PayPal to release my funds was VERY irritating. Good luck with your sales, as stated, once you complete the required transactions, you will be good to go. Joe -

This cent is currently in an NGC Fattie and has a green CAC sticker. I firmly believe this wheat cent is undergraded so having you guys guess what the slab says would be a bit of trickery.
