HELLO THERE! I HAVE A QUESTION I FOUND THIS SLAB AMONG MY FATHERS POSSESIONS AFTER HE PASSED. IT SAYS PCGS 1903 $2 1/2 MS63. My question is when I go to the page to look up it's current value at this website does that mean that's the current price that a coin dealer would pay me if I sold this particular coin? These all appear to be notes that were issued to collectors in special sets by the Treasury Department at a premium price. They were issued in special albums or folders, and if you have the original albums or folders these notes will probably be worth more to collectors.
