Hi all! This 180(?) Spanish 2 Real was dug at a large colonial site in the Western Mass area recently. The countermark is from J. Warren. The "N" is almost missing from this stamp as I'm guessing it was meant for larger American silvers. I'm having no luck on my own finding a Warren family in the area that aligns with this… -

I need two more coins to finish my xf45 2 1/2 gold indian collection , got the 1927 tonight on fleabay . Why do I call it my "WHY" collection ? Because anyone I tell says why an xf 45 when a few dollars more you can get AU50. I say why not , and au50 is a dime a dozen .. try to collect the xf45 .. more of a challenge.… -
