That's a puzzler - Doesn't appear to be a compromised holder and no scammer would likely use an OC flip...that would minimize the scam payoff. Just a total guess that the card was graded in the early days of PSA and for "some reason" received an OC...but the card obviously isn't an 8 anyway...more like a 6.5 in my opinion. -

Just take the neg/neutral, if necessary. Scammers (not saying this guy is one, btw) typically look for sellers who obviously "give in" easily to protect their feedback, so you're really better off with a few negs. As long as you respond intelligently to his comments, you'll come out looking fine. -

I got a coin back from PCGS BB for cleaning that my local dealer said would for sure grade 64. I might go see what he has to offer. Grading is subjective I guess. On second thought I probably bought it from him originally. Scammer -

yeah, it's out of control...but i actually find some of the emails pretty funny. there's nothing like people who think they're intimidating by saying if they aren't taken off the list "they'll take action"....if I was a scammer, i'd probably be more intimidated if someone told me they were telling their mommy! -

Legitimate buyers should NEVER use the "EBAY resolution" scheme. ALL claims should be filed at PayPal. EBAY "resolution" is great for scammers, though. ALL bogus claims are immediately found in favor of the scamming "buyer." ......... In the instant case, the buyer's refund will be issued as soon as the DC # shows as… -

Sounds like he is doing something illegal. I assume he was sending you an echeck for the price of the coin plus $20, which gets him cash, then he avoids honoring the echeck - not sure how that would work, but I put nothing past todays digital scammers. Cheers, RickO -

eBay nuked the auction - less than 24 hours after I reported it. Let's see. Seller with only 18 feedback doing little previous volume and eBay jumps right on it. Yet, somebody like the Savannah Scammer just keeps on trucking. Anything seem amiss here? Russ, NCNE -

Exercise caution with vintage toys/mechanical cast iron banks in regard to their age. It's been known that scammers take reproductions, bury them in the back yard for about a year to falsely "age" the item. Idea is to make them appear more vintage like in appearance. -

Idk, I think negative feedback should be reserved for obvious calculated deceit, scammers, and people who back out of sales. I don't take leaving negs lightly, and I think anyone who would do so at a whim is a piece of...work.
