Breen's Encyclopedia – I think one even looks at those books the pages fall out. Ditto for his “Giant Red Book of half cents” which is not as bad as my Encyclopedia because I don’t use it as much. Something about those to Breen books makes them fall apart. -
Just for the sake of discussion. Are you selling or buying?
I know most of us are into PM for the long run but I wasn't thinking to sell some gold coins, make some profit and maybe buy again when gold falls. My concern, of course, is "if" it falls again. What are you doing? PS: can someone tell me how to ship coins for a value of a $1000? -

In your original post, you said "apocryphal". That means false, not questionable. Personally, I would disagree with that assessment as well. It is unverifiable but it is not apocryphal. -

To say that DC is only scanned at delivery is false. It may not be scanned at the drop off but it will be scanned at the local distribution point for where the package was mailed. -
