I looked at the reverse proof under 15x magnification. There are no milk spots on it (or on any others), and I do not see any nicks at all. Frankly, I think it has a very good chance at grading a 70. I have 3 more sets on the way. But you know what it is...if I hear something rattling around the box, I am going to open it.… -
