SCAM - I personally like Dog97's response suggestion - however there is a down side to that. The response lets the scammer know there is a 'live' IP address so that you become the target of more phishing expeditions by the scammers. Your best move is to delete it . IMHO. -

That's a bit concerning. It seems to be an admission that visual inspection of the pack itself is not enough to detect resealed packs. So they won't consider authenticating a factory legit pack with reverse collation but they will try to authenticate a resealed pack where the scammer stacked the top and bottom card in the… -

I've found that making genuine second chance offers has been a waste of time recently. I suspect that the scammers have scared everyone off. The scammers seem have to developed a way to pick out high priced lots in many catagories. -

Buyer is a scammer. USPS won't deliver a torn envelope like that with out some kind of plastic cover over it and explanation received in this condition. Especially with tracking on it. Ebay has become a minefield for legit sellers with scammers bringing out any excuse in the book to get a freebie -

Paul: Dbldie55 was nice enough to pull all the telephone numbers for me. I contacted ebay, advised them of what I believed to be a scam and they took swift action to shut the "scammer" down. In fact, before I got off the telephone with them, the "scammer" was a closed account! Good job ebay! Wondercoin -

eBay gives you the opportunity to shop from a gigantic marketplace. That comes with a few downsides: scammers, no face-to face interaction, and having to buy from photos.
