  If you have a question about your accounts log in to ebay or PayPal direct and DO NOT use links from emails because they don't take you to PP or eBay.
  The link says paypal.com but it actually takes you to the scam site.
  I always open the email, click the link, and fill out the requested info like name, address, ssn, check account # etc, BUTT, I use obcene sexual organ names and numbers instead of the correct info.

  SCAM - I personally like Dog97's response suggestion - however there is a down side to that. The response lets the scammer know there is a 'live' IP address so that you become the target of more phishing expeditions by the scammers. Your best move is to delete it . IMHO.

  The more fishing expeditions the more fun I have!
  But I agree 100% with you so unless you are like me and just like to aggrevate people it's best to delete them without opening because the scammers can tell from the html if you opened them.

  It is a SCAM. I always send it spoof@ebay.com.
  
  My advice is never to click on anylink provided. Always log in by typing in your browser URL line.
