This has got to be the best Franklin Grade Ever - NOT!
In our last episode, COINB0Y ignorantly (not that it mattered, now) submitted to PCGS a 1963 Franklin Proof in a PVC sleeve. has anyone done a bulk grading submission?
What are the basic guidelines for lower value cards? (Minimum number? Must be same series? Can I state a minimum grade? Cost per card?) Thanks in advance for any help. -

It seems like the current grading system by PCGS, NGC, ANACS and others of using human eyes has an element of being subjective. Not everyone has a good eye for grading. (Submission)
This person should probably ask for someones else's opinion before he/she tries this again. The fast turnaround makes me think it was not economy service either, but who knows. No it's not my order! -
