Re: NGC grades 70 for dent rim coin? is Normal?

If that was in a PF69 holder, it wouldn't bother me, but in 70 that's unacceptable. I'm not sure if I would send it back or not. I got a 2016 silver panda in PCGS MS70 holder with a similar problem, but in the field which to me is even worse. Plus a milk spot and chip on the plastic to boot! I kept it, but kind of out of… -
