Will beating the ANA rush help my submission turnaround time?
I sent off my first submission in a few months this week. It should arrive at PCGS tomorrow. I assured my status as a Kool-Aid drinker as this is my largest submission ever including 81 coins divided into two submissions between the Modern and Economy tier; both of which are showing a 23 day turnaround at present. Rush order nets several MS68 Morgan Dollars - Lots of New Cert Numbers
I was just looking at what other members have submitted and I spotted a couple of orders that were received on 5/15/2017 and shipped 5/17/2017. So that peaked my curiosity and BAM! 15 of 20 coins (1878, 79, 80, 81 and 82-S) in this order were graded MS68...the other 5 were MS67+. A few DNC's. The highest Peace Dollar I saw… -
A card show in the heart of the Rust Belt - Lansing, MI Mall Show 8/23-8/25 - Any locals going?
Business travel brings me back to Michigan at the end of August. I saw this show in the Google. Any locals plan to go and is it worth it? I used to attend this show when l lived in MI. I made some great buys there. Hopefully the hobby is still strong in that region. Rural MI used to be amazing for sportscards finds. -

Well certainly not my most expensive coin. Not really my cheapest either. But, since Russ gave it to me it certainly has sentimental value as Russ is my hero. I get choked up writing this (stman wiping a tear from his eye.) Thanks again Russ!!!! -
