Please help... need advice on a pcgs slab
Allow me to apologize for the lack of pictures, but my question is pretty straight foward... I recently purchased a pcgs pr70 hawaii silver state quarter for about $170. Unfortunately it has a rather 'large spot' right in the middle of the obverse (kind of reminds me of a milk spot on the burnished silver eagles). I figure… -
