Please help... need advice on a pcgs slab

Allow me to apologize for the lack of pictures, but my question is pretty straight foward...
I recently purchased a pcgs pr70 hawaii silver state quarter for about $170. Unfortunately it has a rather 'large spot' right in the middle of the obverse (kind of reminds me of a milk spot on the burnished silver eagles). I figure it must be a post slab issue.
I asked the seller for advice, and he was very cool about it and said he would replace it...
My question is this, am I better off sending it back for replacement, or to pcgs for review?

I'd really appreciate your thoughts.

trouble you even more as time goes by.
Get the coin replaced ASAP. A PR-70 should
be free of all distractions or it is not a PR-70.

Note to self... buy those intercept shields... it may not have saved this coin... but I'll sleep better at night knowing I did what I could.
Thanks again. I fell better now.
<< <i>i'm in the " if the seller will replace i'd go that route " crowd >>
Definitely as from what I am hearing, you have no experience dealing with PCGS and it can be a bit intimidating for a first timer.
The name is LEE!
<< <i>Thanks for the response. I'll let the seller know tonight that its going back for replacement. I'll even send him the $$$ to ship another back to me. This is the first time I have ever returned anything from ebay. I feel bad about it (especially for the coin), if it was an ngc pr69 I would have kept it -- with some regret... but then again thats only a $10 coin.

.........just be sure they don't swap it for a CHICOM COUNTERFEIT.
