1920 Lincoln toner - Market acceptable?
I don't submit toners very often so this is out of my realm. But I recently bought this neon toner because I loved it's color! Will PCGS grade a Lincoln this color? I don't mind keeping it in a 2 x 2 by any means. Thoughts? -

It's coming up for auction soon, a Brian Boru Dollar in Silver, HK-390. This design doesn't show for sale very often in any planchet type but it's usually aluminum when found. Saw this ad in the new Numismatist issue. Not a lot of details on the website. I have to imagine all of the TPGs have been pitched already. Would they announce if they are using such a thing?
