Journey continues, 2 new Rattler w/CAC commems

I saw these two recently and had to have them. Two very cool reverse designs that grabbed my attention. Both over 100 years old. Great looking surfaces. Stickered and in Rattlers. All boxes were checked.

The Lincoln has that perfect original skin. Seems to be under-graded, but many Rattlers appear that way (and sell for money that is at or exceeds next grade up).

The Alabama is exceptional for the grade. I really like the look of this coin. Not for the toner crowd but I believe @ricko would have approved.

I like it as well @cheezhead . I had never seen one. Learning a lot doing this project. Had also wondered why there was a 2x2 on the Alabama obverse. Didn't realize the mintage is only 6,006 on this variety.

The Alabama is on my want list. Got a Illinois that came in at a 66, I'm happy

Same problem for me. It is hit and miss as to what can post.

I really like the Alabama. Looks like a great strike. Thats my main thing on Commems is the strike. I'm looking for an Alabama myself now
