I've had the same problem in the last year with missing USPS packages. I've also had several packages show up 2-3 months after shipment. Grade is EF-40. This is based on the separation of the ribbon from the hair curl. Should sell for around $200-220 on ebay. There were 2 recent VF-20s which sold for $145 and $175 on ebay. That is a nice find in a yard sale. -
