Hook'em Horns!!! - Clemson $2 bills

As a Texas Longhorns alum, I am happy to see the team in the College Football Playoff, hosting a game vs the Clemson Tigers, that I will get to watch in person.

How is this paper money related? Supposedly Clemson fans have a tradition of putting their orange pawprint logo on $2 bills, and then spending them in the cities where they play games. So hopefully lots of these will come to Austin, and I can snag some of them.

One story mentioning this tradition:

I had several of these courtesy of Clemson playing here in Tampa at the 2017 College Football National Championship against Alabama.

So this mark on a $1 or $5 would be a rare thing. Hmmmm....

What does a pawprint rubber stamp cost?

Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

To add to what member @element159 mentioned, Clemson wants to show its economic impact on an area when it comes to town. It accomplishes this by using the stamped $2 notes at restaurants, local shops and in general commerce during their visit.
