Let's see... G4 and 6 F12 and 15 VF20, 25, 30 and 35 XF40 and 45 AU50, 53, 55 and 58 AU I can understand. Close to UNC, so differentiate more. So what makes VF so special? -

I like watching auctions for foreign modern gold coins. They close, not surprisingly, at 15-20% back from spot to account for buyers premium.
