Found among a bunch of "junk silver" quarters

The first coin of this denomination I've ever held in my hand. image

When I first spotted it, I was disappointed that I had paid melt value for some undersized slug. image

Sure, it has some wear; but I never thought I'd own one of these.

Anyone think these (in this condition) are worth getting slabbed?

    I personally don't think it's worth slabbing. But how cool to buy a 20 center for melt!

    Nice find. Don't think the grade warrants slabbing. But a nice addition to any collection... this is how folks start collecting new denominations.... sorry, but you might catch it.

    I never pay attention to these, but now that I see one in low grade I think it looks kind of cool.
