Looks to be XF or so. Splotchiness on the reverse is not great, but shouldn't keep it from grading.

Appears to easily be VF30, maybe as much as XF40 depending on how it looked in hand.

    Regardless...nice strike, full 'O' reverse.

Kind of a tough date if I remember right...Looks nice but I suck at grading these types of coins....Joe

Genuine. Poor photos but, regardless, the dirt/corrosion? should prevent it from getting in a graded holder.

It's a tough coin in lower grades. Maybe the toughest, setting aside the obvious keys and semis.

Not sure I'd call it a great strike. Better than average for this horrible period of branch mint cents. A full O in ONE is nice to see but there's significant weakness in OF AM. Obverse isn't bad.

What's the gunk at 12k obverse? Corrosion, verdigris or just crusty dirt? It's also around the lettering, above the bow tie, etc. It needs a bath. I'd start with xylene.

Based on the images, it likely will have a grading issue. Mineral oil seems appropriate. I would keep this in an album anyway

edited to add- or an airtite
