My best Lincoln Cent buy ever!!!

I bought this 1936 Lincoln Proof Cent at the fall 2011 Baltimore Whitman show.....TrueView image just back from Phil today.
I asked the dealer what he wanted for the coin, and he said that since it was a PR62RB, he would have to interpolate for pricing.
I said, sure I understand
.......He said it's not a popular grade so he could cut me a deal.
I told him I had exactly $110 cash and was interested.
He said.....SOLD!!!!!
I won't mention the dealer's name, but he specializes in inexpensive type coins....Peace and Morgan Dollars are big with him.
His collection of higher end coins is small and limited.....that's where I saw this baby shouting out to me......"Take me home!!!!!!"
Deed I did!!!!!

edited to add: Nice image, Phil!!

Why is this ONLY a PR62?
Looks like a PR64 at least.
(although maybe there is something that I am not seeing in the photo).

As I opened and read through this thread, I could not help thinking that in at least one of the posted replies would be the following type of comment:
"Goldbully should [just to make the transaction "Fair"] go back to the seller and give additional money to him/her. Further, since in all likelihood the seller acquired the coin from a prior owner for far less than the $110.00 sale price, the seller should take some of the additional money he receives from the Goldbully and provide that additional money to the person he/she acquired the coin from [just to be "Fair" to the person from whom the seller acquired the coin].
Much to my surprise, not a single reply (yet) contains the above type of comment.
Perhaps this particular transaction does not fall within the "template" that must exist before the "Fairness Police" chime in. Or maybe they are just on vacation
Congrats again Goldbully on a really nice acquistion.
