That is a nice strike. I don't know about BMPr's, but this seems to have not-so-squared off digits and font, at least compared to Philly Pr coins. I have seen or 2 PL or semi Pl 21-S Morgans in all my years. Is this semi-Pl? Hair lined and Die Polish too? George's initial is quite clear!
Also....just in case you were thinking its a Zerbe. Here is a description
1921 $1 Zerbe PR66 PCGS. The 1921 Zerbe proof Dollars were struck for the influential numismatist Farran Zerbe.
The story goes that since the mint did not have the dies prepared, and the new Peace Dollars ready for distribution by the time of the ANA in the summer of that year, as a "personal favor" to Zerbe the mint struck off some undetermined number of proofs of the 1921 Morgan Dollar.
Estimates of the number struck of this special issue range widely from only a few dozen pieces to as many as 200. As with all genuine Zerbe specimens, there is a faint die scratch extending from the second U in UNUM to the border. This is an especially fine example that is brilliant throughout.
The fields show the swirling die polish marks that are also diagnostic of all Zerbe strikings. However, unlike many Zerbe proofs, this piece was carefully handled and there are virtually no contact marks on either side of this brilliant coin. Fully struck throughout, with complete detailing evident even on the reverse wreath, which is where fullness of strike is determined on the redesigned 1921 issues.
Not to hijack the thread, but could you experts provide a bit of education? My initial thoughts are the obverse field marks around 7-8:00, 11:00 and around the interior of the letters are hairlines from a directional cleaning. Later in the thread many of you seemed to attribute them as die polish marks. Can you help me understand how you would tell the difference? Thanks.
1921 comes sharply struck, as they didn't suffer from the same die wear problems they had in San Francisco. They're also available, but not common, with PL surfaces. I agree that there are hairlines in the lower left obverse of the OP coins. The coin has a D2 reverse design, which immediately rules out its being struck from proof dies, as those had the D1 reverse hub. The "Zerbe proofs" were struck with the VAM 1AG and possible also the VAM 47die pairs. The VAM 1AG was more recently studied as a Zerbe proof than the VAM 47. There's further commentary on the VAMWorld pages.
I do not understand what you see that makes you think this coin is special. The strike on Todd's PL is much better. The photo of your coin shows not indication of PL surfaces. You can’t just compare your coin to one coin of the same date and decide that it is special because of differences in strike quality. Take a look at some large format photos of the coins in Coin Facts
There is however, one puzzling thing about your coin. That is the meaning of lambda gamma pi. My Google search failed to find any Greek letter organization with those letters in that order. Perhaps it was a pocket piece for someone from a now defunct group with that name. Otherwise it appears to be a lack luster, hairlined, graffitied 1921 Morgan.

64/65ish, nice coin.
EDIT: After looking at the 20MB pics, I'm seeing some wear.
Is that graffiti to the left of the olive leaves?

I think the extreme closeup hi-res images sometimes do more harm than good in posts like this.
In any case, I like your coin; nice strike for a 21...

Here is one of my PL 1921's, not sure it if works for your comparison. I have been told this one is not off proof dies.
