*Friday Precious Metal Porn*
I had a chance to get down to the local BST today...
I Found the onzas in the generic pile, picked them up for melt.

Interesting enough there are 3 different kinds, 1994 Fat with reeded edge, 1985 fat w/ lettered edge, and the 2 1979 balance scale type
Also picked up a Norfed 1oz, a buck over spot.

And finally I found a dollar in 90% that appealed to me

Two full rim barbers and Two SLQs with dates, most notable the 1926

Game on!

one trip this week got me these two items
–John Adams, 1826
And these I found at an antique shop on Monday.
They are some type of gaming chip... all cast in aluminum I believe. I liked the simple eagle design.
There's no other information on the box or what game they were originaly intended for.

<< <i>I like the Mexican silver!
one trip this week got me these two items
i like the 50 oz bar
Also picked up two 1-oz engelhard bars for $3 over spot each.
So.............I picked up some copper instead!
I knew it would happen.
<< <i>Couple of pickups today; and as always comments on the art bar are more than welcome
>>
This bar was minted in 1973 by the Belford Mint. It is not really a rare art bar IMO, however, certain silver art bars that were minted in the '70's seem to be getting harder to find. Maybe it is just in my local area. It will vary by location.
Thank You Papabear
<< <i>At the flee today
Thank You Papabear
You did very well. I like the toned (not polished) look.
